Product Description

The Whipstock is a deflecting tool engineered for casing sidetracking and window cutting. Configurations available: Cased Hole Hydraulic Set, Cased Hole Mechanical Set, Open Hole Expandable Anchor, and Inflatable Type.

Key Technology:

1.High-Precision Orientation: Face angle locked to target azimuth via MWD or gyro tools before anchoring, ensuring accurate kick-off direction.

2.Positive Slip Anchoring: Slip-type gripping mechanism expands outward to firmly grip the inner wall of the casing, preventing movement or rotation during milling.

3.Optimized Deflection Face: Heat-treated bevel surface enables clean window cutting and resists premature wear.

4.Single-Trip Window Milling: Whipstock, starting-window mill, and watermelon mill work in conjunction to cut an inverted pear-shaped window in one trip.

5.Reliable Release Mechanism: Running tool detaches via hydraulic or mechanical release after milling is complete.
