Short Description:

The  TSRSS (Rotary Steerable System) is a push-the-bit directional drilling tool developed by Aerospace Petroleum Technology Company. It is designed for high build-up rate drilling in unconventional oil and gas wells. The system integrates real-time near-bit geological measurement with closed-loop trajectory control to deliver precise well placement. TSRSS enables one-trip drilling of build-up and horizontal sections, reducing drilling cycles and improving reservoir encounter rates. It is available in 675 standard, 675 high-temperature, 475 compact, and 950 rotary/vertical integrated configurations.

High Build-up Rate:​ Maximum build-up rate up to 15.3°/30m, providing stable performance for unconventional oil and gas exploration and development.

Multi-Geological Parameter Measurement:​ Electromagnetic wave resistivity, near-bit natural gamma, and near-bit azimuth gamma with real-time formation feedback.

Zero-Degree Build Up:​ High-precision near-bit azimuth measurement with zero-degree build-up function. Control accuracy of the slight deviation section is better than ±5°.

Trajectory Closed-Loop Control:​ 3D closed-loop control with ±0.2° accuracy.

Pressure Closed-Loop Steering:​ Hydraulic thrust monitored via pressure closed-loop for consistent and reliable steering force.
