(1) Power end

1. The pump casing and pump cover are made of steel plates and welded together.

The bearing seat of the driving shaft and crankshaft is an integral steel casting. After processing, it is assembled and welded with the pump shell. After welding, it is annealed to eliminate residual stress.

2. Driving shaft

The dimensions of the extended parts at both ends of the mud pump’s driving shaft are completely symmetrical, and large pulleys or sprockets can be installed at either end. The supporting bearings at both ends adopt single-row radial stub roller bearings.

3. Crankshaft

It adopts a forged straight shaft plus eccentric structure instead of the traditional integral cast crankshaft structure of three-cylinder pumps at home and abroad. It turns the casting into a forging and the whole into an assembly, which is easy to use, easy to manufacture and easy to repair. The eccentric wheel, large herringbone gear hub and shaft adopt interference fit.

(2) Liquid end

1. Valve box: integral forging upright structure with a clearance volume of only 7.3 liters. It is a drilling pump series with the smallest clearance volume among domestic high-power mud pumps. The three valve boxes realize discharge and suction through the discharge manifold and the suction manifold. One end of the discharge manifold is equipped with a high-pressure four-way and a discharge pre-pressurized air bag, and the other end is equipped with a lever-type shear safety valve.

2. Cylinder liner: Use bimetallic cylinder liner, the inner layer material is high chromium wear-resistant alloy, the inner surface roughness is required to be within the range of 0.20, and the inner surface hardness is ≥HRC60. The cylinder liner specifications are medium 100-medium 100. for users to choose.
