2.Completion wellhead device

A well is composed of three parts from top to bottom: the wellhead device, the completion string and the bottom structure.
The wellhead device mainly includes three parts: casing head, tubing head and production (gas) tree. The main function of the wellhead device is to suspend the downhole tubing string and casing string, seal the annular space between the tubing, casing and the two layers of casing. Key equipment for controlling oil and gas well production; reinjection (steam injection, gas injection, water injection, acidification, fracturing, chemical injection, etc.) and safe production.
The completion string mainly includes tubing, casing and downhole tools combined according to certain functions. Running the completion string to start normal production of the production well or injection well is the last step of the well completion. The types of wells (oil production wells, gas production wells, water injection wells, steam injection wells, gas injection wells) are different, and the completion strings are also different. Even if they are all oil production wells, the oil production methods are different and the completion strings are also different. The current oil production methods mainly include self-injection oil production and artificial lift (rod pump, hydraulic piston pump, submersible electric pump, gas lift) oil production, etc.
The bottom hole structure is an organic combination of tools and strings connected to the lowest end of the completion string that match the completion method.
3. Main operational steps of well completion
1). Place the surface equipment according to the design requirements
2). Setting up drill pipe or tubing column
3). Install blowout preventer/function/pressure test
4). Scraping and washing of tubing
5). Perforation calibration
6). Throwing rods for ignition
7). Backwash/washout
8). Scrape and wash again
9). Lowering the packer
10). Lower sand control column
12). Lower production column
13). Remove Wellhead Blowout Preventer
14). Installation of wellhead recovery tree
15). Unloading
16). Acceptance and delivery of well
