Structure and working principle of pump

The tubular pump consists of four parts:

1.Working cylinder: composed of an outer tube, a bushing and a pressing collar.

2.Piston: hollow cylinder made of seamless steel pipe, both ends are connected to the floating valve with threads. The piston is chrome plated and has a ring sand control tank.

3.Travelling valve: composed of valve ball, seat and open valve cover. Two valve tube pump a traveling valve is installed in the upper end of the piston, three valve tube pump two traveling valves are installed in the upper and lower end of the piston.

4.Fixed valve: composed of seat, valve ball and open valve cover.

1.Piston with travelling valve.

4.Hang to the outer working barrel at the lower end of the tubing.

The working principle of pump

1.Up stroke: the piston goes up, the traveling valve closes, and the pressure in the pump barrel drops. When the pressure in the pump barrel is lower than the pressure at the pump entrance, the fixed valve opens and the liquid enters the pump. At the same time, the wellhead drains the liquid that the piston gives out the volume of the pump barrel.

2.Down stroke: the piston goes down, the pressure in the pump barrel rises, the traveling valve is opened, the fixed valve is closed, the liquid is discharged from the pump to the tubing above the piston, and the liquid volume entered by the smooth rod is discharged at the wellhead.
