Recently, Landrill has introduced the API 11D1 Mechanical Retrievable PACKER, a revolutionary product in the oilfield equipment sector.

The AS1 – X & AS1 – XHP Mechanical Production Packer, a key component of this release, is a retrievable, double – grip compression or tension – set production packer. It offers remarkable flexibility as it can be left in tension, compression, or neutral position, and is capable of holding pressure from above or below. A large internal bypass is a notable feature, which reduces the swabbing effect during run – in and retrieval and closes when the packer is set.

This packer adheres to the API 11D VO standard, with a working pressure range of 3 – 15Kpsi and a temperature level tolerance of 20 – 400F. It is compatible with casing sizes ranging from 4 – 1/2″ to 13 – 3/8″.
