1.Completion packers

5 series of 21 packers have been developed in the past 15 years to meet the demand of field operations, including mechanically-set retrievable packers, hydraulically-set retrievable packers, releasable retrievable packers and big bore hanging packers. The packers are chosen in accordance with the well type (vertical, horizontal or deviated ), well conditions (deep or ultra-deep, HTHP, souring, staged fracturing) and various casing sizes ( 4〞～9 5/8 〞 )

1) ZYsealself-confirming packer

ZYl packer integrates of hydraulicallysetting and seal-testing mechanism.Thestable pressure after pumping to set thepacker usually shows a good isolationbetween layers by the packer. 2 more ZYpackers can be installed on one stringwith long span over 500 meters andtubing anchors are basically necessaryboth on the top of the upper packer andat the bottom of the lower packer.

2)KC KChydraulic packer

KC hydraulic packer is a high performance single Recydable hydraulicexpansion type set packer. Packer built-in valve structure will be locked in aliquid sealing element, maintain long-term effectiveness of the packer,releasing the tubing when the internal pressure, injection pressure to annulus. valve sealing element inside the liquid discharge opening, sealing elementrecovery.

Work pressure:50MPa(7250psi)

Suitable temperature:120 degrees(248℉)

3)DM  Unidirectionalanchored hydraulic packer

DM unidirectional anchored hydraulic packer is a production-type packer that ishydraulically set, features single-direction anchoring, , and is released by liftingthe pipe string. The use of unique locking mechanism can not only play the roleof locking, but also improve the bearing capacity. lt can be used separately ormultistage, and can also be used in combination with other packers.

Work pressure: 50MPa (7250psi)

Suitable temperature: 120 degrees(248℉)

2、 cementing tools

9 cementing tools have been created and put into operation in domestic fields . They aredrilling collar, hanger, receptacle, foating collar, floating shoe, rubber plug.

3. drilling and completion accessaries   

Designs and produce many kinds of drilling and completion accessaries, including slide sleeve, hydraulic anchor, downhole valve, water injection mandrel , safty joint, telescope, downhole choke, hydraulic jetting joint, screened joint.
