Overview

The casing head is a kind of component that connects the casings and wellheads. It is used to sustain intermediate casings and protection casings, to seal up the annular clearances between the casings. It provides transition connection for installing upper wellhead equipments such as blowout preventers, tubing heads and Christmas tree. And it also can be used in supplementing cement squeezing, monitoring well sedimentation, injecting equilibrium liquid,etc．
